SimpleSplit (simplesplit.io) is simple website A/B testing for anyone who runs ads. These are our terms.

What we do

• We design a new version of the page your ads send people to. Your ads and the rest of your site stay as they are.
• We show it to half your visitors, and your current page to the other half.
• We count real sales from each version and what each sale was worth. You keep whichever version sells more. Our testing rules say when that’s clear.
• Connecting your apps is optional. Without them, we pick the winner by the leads your website gets.
• Your dashboard shows each version’s sales and the steps before a sale, like call clicks and started forms.
• AI helps us, but it doesn’t make the call. Every change is tested on real visitors, and you decide what stays.
• If you turn on ad learning, we send your closed sales and their value to the ad accounts you connect (Google, Meta, Microsoft, TikTok, X, Reddit, or ChatGPT ads where available), as offline conversions, so the platforms can optimize for buyers, not clicks. If you have few sales, we can also send the steps before a sale. It’s off until you turn it on.

Who we work with

We work with anyone who runs ads, as long as what they advertise is legal and allowed by the ad platforms. If it turns out to be illegal, misleading or not allowed, we can stop the test.

SimpleSplit is for testing your own website. You may not use it, or this site, to build a competing service.

Your data

When we run your tests, or you connect an app with your sales or your ad accounts, we handle your customers’ data for you:

• We use it only to run your tests and, if you turn on ad learning, to send your sales to the ad accounts you connect, and only as you instruct us.
• Everyone on our side who handles it keeps it confidential, and we protect it with reasonable security (see Security).
• We use other providers only to run SimpleSplit (for example, hosting), and they must protect it the same way.
• We help you answer your customers’ requests to see or delete their data, and we tell you without delay if it’s ever exposed.
• If you cancel, we keep it. Delete your account, and we delete it within 30 days. Ask, and we give it back to you first.

If you turn on ad learning, you tell your customers that their purchases, and the steps they take on your page, may be shared with the ad platforms you connect, and get their consent where the law requires it. Please don’t send us sensitive data, such as health information.

Free first test

Your first test is free, start to finish: a new version of your page and a live test on your real visitors. No credit card.

You stay in control

• Nothing goes live until you say yes.
• You can stop any test at any time.
• A test usually takes 2 to 4 weeks.

Plans and prices

After the free test, you can pick a monthly plan. See current prices. Over 200,000 visits a month? Email us about a plan.

Only visits to the page we test count toward your plan, including visits from ads. We warn you before you reach your plan’s monthly limit. If you reach it, your test pauses until next month or until you move up a plan. We never charge extra for visits.

Launch discount

Our next 50 customers get 40% off through December 31, 2027. After that, the regular price applies. Once all 50 spots are taken, the offer ends for new customers.

No winner in 90 days

If you haven’t kept a single new version we made for you within 90 days of your first payment, you get your money back: we’ll refund everything you paid us for those 90 days. To ask for it, email hello@simplesplit.io.

Canceling

There’s no long-term contract: you pay month to month and can cancel anytime. Your site, ads and accounts stay yours. When you cancel, the test stops, and you choose which version stays: your current page or the new version we made for you. If you keep the new version, email hello@simplesplit.io and we’ll send you its source files.
